By creating an account and using SafeOutside you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
SafeOutside provides a real-time safety check-in platform for outdoor activities. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal safety communication purposes.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide
- You must not use the app to send false alerts or abuse the network alert system
- You must not share your account credentials with others
- You are responsible for your own safety and the safety decisions you make
- You must read and acknowledge the Disclaimer before relying on the app during outdoor activities
Service availability
SafeOutside is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee continuous availability, uptime, or delivery of notifications. The service depends on mobile data connectivity and third-party push notification services, which are outside our control.
We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the service at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafeOutside and its operators shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to situations where check-ins, alerts, or notifications are delayed, undelivered, or not received.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
